Text

In this subdivision:

I."Board" means the board of professional geologists.
II."Business organization" means any enterprise, whether corporation, partnership, limited liability company, proprietorship, association, business trust, real estate trust, or other form of organization; organized for gain or profit, carrying on any business activity within the state.
III."Geology" means the science dealing with the study of the earth, its origin, history, physical features and content; the investigation and interpretation of the earth's constituents including, but not limited to, its rocks, unconsolidated materials, minerals, solids, fluids, and gases, and of the natural and induced processes and forces acting on the earth; the geologic mapping of the earth's constituents and features, and the
