§ 31:135 — Definition
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 31 POWERS AND DUTIES OF TOWNS·Subdivision Water and/or Sewer Utility Districts
In this subdivision, "water and/or sewer utility" means an entity established for the acquisition, operation, and management of water and sewer infrastructure.
