§ 31:116 — Manufactured Housing Foundations
New Hampshire·Title III TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES·Ch. 31 POWERS AND DUTIES OF TOWNS·Subdivision Manufactured Housing Foundations
No town shall impose requirements that manufactured housing, as defined by RSA 674:31, which is located in parks be placed on other than the structural carriers designed for that purpose.
