Text

I. A certificate of formation is amended by filing a certificate of amendment with the secretary of state. The certificate of amendment shall set forth:

(a)The name of the limited liability company; and
(b)The amendment to the certificate of formation. II. A certificate of formation may be amended at any time in any respect so long as the certificate of formation as amended contains only provisions that lawfully may be contained in the certificate of formation at the time of making the amendment.
