Text

I.If the secretary of state determines that one or more grounds exist under RSA 304-C:183 for revocation of a registration, the secretary shall send written notice of the secretary's determination under RSA 304-C:183 to the foreign limited liability company.
II.If the foreign limited liability company does not correct each ground for revocation or demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the secretary of state that each ground determined by the secretary of state does not exist within 60 days after written notice is sent, the secretary of state may revoke the foreign limited liability company's registration by issuing a notice of revocation and mailing the notice of revocation to the foreign limited liability company at its principal office listed on the records of the New Hampshire
