Text

Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, upon the withdrawal of a member of a single-member limited liability company, the limited liability company shall be deemed to be dissolved and shall be wound up and liquidated by the member or by any other person that the member appoints for this purpose and that accepts this appointment.
