Text

I. After the effective date of the dissolution of a limited liability company, a limited liability company may dispose of known claims against it by complying with the procedures described in paragraph II. II. The limited liability company shall, within 60 days after the effective date of its dissolution, notify claimants who have known claims against it by sending them by regular mail a written notice of its dissolution. The written notice of dissolution shall:

(a)State the effective date of the dissolution;
(b)State the deadline, which may not be fewer than 120 days after the date of the written notice, by which the limited liability company must receive a written claim from the claimant;
