Text
A rural electric cooperative which has filed a certificate of deregulation with the public utilities commission shall provide its members with open access to the cooperative's membership meetings, board meetings, and business records to the same extent that citizens of New Hampshire are entitled to access to public records as provided in RSA 91-A. The cooperative shall provide notice of all regular board meetings in its newsletters or as part of the monthly billing statement.
