§ 301:6 — Fees for Filing
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 301 COOPERATIVE MARKETING AND RURAL ELECTRIFICATION ASSOCIATIONS·Subdivision Organization
For filing a certificate of organization, an association shall pay $25 to the secretary of state; and for filing an amendment thereto, $25.
