Text
The public utilities commission shall retain jurisdiction over rural electric cooperatives, regardless of whether or not a certificate of regulation or deregulation is on file, for purpose of implementing and enforcing provisions of the Public Utilities Regulatory Policy Act of 1978, and any successor laws amending, replacing, or repealing the act, and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission implementing the act.
