Text
No person, firm, corporation or association, hereafter organized or hereafter undertaking to do business in this state, as a farmers' marketing association for the sale of farm products, shall be entitled to use the word "cooperative" as part of its corporate or other business name or title, unless it has complied with the provisions of this chapter.
