§ 301:42 — Forbearance
New Hampshire·Title XXVII CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS·Ch. 301 COOPERATIVE MARKETING AND RURAL ELECTRIFICATION ASSOCIATIONS·Subdivision Miscellaneous Provisions
The commissioner of agriculture, markets, and food may forbear or discontinue such proceedings at any time, upon being satisfied that the delinquency was not willful and upon the rendering by the association of such reports as he may deem necessary.
