Text
Only persons, firms, corporations, associations, and foreign corporations operating on a cooperative basis and authorized to do business in New Hampshire, and which comply with the provisions of this chapter, shall be entitled to use the term "cooperative." Provided, that any person, firm, or corporation using the word "cooperative" as part of its business name prior to July 1, 1983, shall not be subject to the provisions of this section.
