I.Except to the extent otherwise provided in the governing instrument of a New Hampshire investment trust, the business and affairs of a New Hampshire investment trust shall be managed by or under the direction of its trustees. To the extent provided in the governing instrument of a New Hampshire investment trust, any person, including a beneficial owner, shall be entitled to direct the trustees or other persons in the management of a New Hampshire investment trust, including without limitation the investment of securities, real estate, mortgages, and other assets of the New Hampshire investment trust.
