Text
The commission shall suspend or revoke the license of any licensee and/or impose an administrative fine upon the licensee upon a finding that the licensee has violated any provision of this subdivision. Any licensee whose license is revoked shall not be eligible for licensure for a period of up to one year from the date of revocation. The commission shall conduct such suspensions and revocations in accordance with RSA 541-A:30.
