Text

I.Any insurance carrier, self-insured employer or employer group, or claims adjusting company handling workers' compensation claims in this state shall utilize a claims adjuster licensed in New Hampshire and such claims adjuster shall maintain suitable facilities in this state.
II.Every 2 years, at least 60 days prior to the renewal date of their license, persons holding a license to adjust workers' compensation insurance claims shall certify to the department of insurance that they have completed courses of instruction, preapproved by the insurance department, providing a minimum of 20 hours, 10 hours of which shall inform the licensee of the current workers' compensation laws of this state, to enable the licensee to engage in the business of a workers' compensation adjuster fairly and
