Text
All process and procedure under the provisions of this chapter shall be as summary and simple as reasonable. The commissioner shall have the power, so far as it is necessary for the determination of matters within the commissioner's jurisdiction, to subpoena witnesses, to administer oaths and to examine the books and records of parties to any proceedings under this chapter. The superior court shall, by proper proceedings, have power to enforce the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production and examination of books, papers, and records before the commissioner.
