Text

Any employer aggrieved by any order, rule or regulation of the commissioner may file a petition in the superior court against the commissioner to determine the validity and reasonableness thereof. Such petition shall be filed within 30 days after notice of the adoption of the order, rule or regulation, or, if a petition for review is filed, within 30 days from the decision upon such petition.
