§ 273:22 — Effect of Decision
New Hampshire·Title XXIII LABOR·Ch. 273 DEPARTMENT OF LABOR·Subdivision Board of Conciliation and Arbitration
The decision shall be binding upon the parties concerned in said controversy for 6 months, or until 60 days after either party has given the other notice in writing of his or their intention not to be bound by the same. Such notice may be given to employees by posting the same in 3 conspicuous places in the place of employment.
