New Hampshire Statutes
§ 259:52 — Manufacturer
"Manufacturer," as used in the provisions of RSA 261 relative to registration, shall mean every person engaged in the business of constructing or assembling vehicles of a type required to be registered hereunder at an established place of business in this state.
