Text
If a recipient or subsequent owner takes any action within 10 years of the grant award with respect to the assisted building or structure, such as dismantlement, removal, or substantial alteration, which causes it to no longer be eligible for listing on the New Hampshire State Register of Historic Places or National Register of Historic Places, within one year from the date of loss of eligibility, the preservation grant shall be repaid in full to the barn preservation fund. The department of natural and cultural resources, division of historical resources; the historical resources council; or the National Park Service shall make determinations of non-eligibility.
