Text
The fish and game department shall provide to snowmobile dealers and rental agents a disclosure statement to inform buyers and renters of snowmobiles of the laws and penalties relative to snowmobile operation, including but not limited to, the need for permission to operate on the property of others. The disclosure statement shall be accompanied by a map showing known snowmobile trails that are open to the public. Snowmobile dealers and rental agents shall require each buyer or renter to sign the disclosure document prior to each sale or rental of a snowmobile. One copy shall be retained by the snowmobile dealer or rental agent, one copy shall be retained by the buyer or renter, and one copy shall be remitted to the fish and game department by the dealer or rental agent as a requirement of
