Text
All trails under the jurisdiction of the department of natural and cultural resources so far as possible and consistent with their primary functions, shall be made available for use by OHRVs subject to the fees, and rules as established by the directors of the division of parks and recreation and the division of forests and lands with the approval of the commissioner of natural and cultural resources.
