Text
The executive director may grant scientific licenses, which may be revoked or suspended at any time, to any person, governmental entity, or educational institution for bird banding, scientific or research purposes, or other educational needs. There will be an annual fee of $25 for each scientific permit, and the executive director shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A relative to the conditions, qualifications, fee waivers, and all other criteria under which a scientific permit may be granted.
