Text
Licensed dealers shall keep such records as the executive director may require. Such records shall be open to inspection by the executive director or his agents, and such dealer shall, within 30 days after the expiration of his license, and upon request of the executive director, file with the executive director a sworn statement of such record or such part thereof as the executive director may require.
