Text
No person who has had a license suspended or revoked shall take or attempt to take the wildlife permitted to be taken by said license. A person whose license has been revoked indefinitely or for a period of time under any provision of this chapter shall be ineligible to purchase a new license before the expiration of the stated period without the prior written approval of the executive director. No person shall be eligible to receive any license issued by the fish and game department if he is in arrears for any fines or costs for a violation of the laws relative to fish and game. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
