Text
When, in the opinion of the executive director, the damage to fish life and other aquatic life, or wildlife, or their habitat, so warrants, he shall request the attorney general to institute an action at law for damage to fish life and other aquatic life, or wildlife, or their habitat, caused by the contamination. Any damage moneys received pursuant to this section shall be credited to the fish and game fund.
