§ 211:73 — Continuing Contamination
New Hampshire·Title XVIII FISH AND GAME·Ch. 211 FISH, SHELLFISH, LOBSTERS AND CRABS·Subdivision Damage to Fish, Other Aquatic Life, Wildlife or Their Habitat
The executive director shall notify the department of environmental services or any other department of the state authorized by law to seek injunctive relief against water pollution if the contamination is a continuing offense.
