§ 211:69 — Chief of Division
New Hampshire·Title XVIII FISH AND GAME·Ch. 211 FISH, SHELLFISH, LOBSTERS AND CRABS·Subdivision Marine Fisheries
The executive director of the fish and game department shall appoint a marine biologist of adequate training and experience to be the chief of the division of marine fisheries. The executive director shall employ the necessary office, enforcement, and field help for the control and the promotion of marine fisheries within the funds available for the division.
