§ 211:6 — Penalties
New Hampshire·Title XVIII FISH AND GAME·Ch. 211 FISH, SHELLFISH, LOBSTERS AND CRABS·Subdivision Method and Manner of Taking Fish
Any person who violates any of the provisions of RSA 211:2, 4 and 5 hereof or special rules and regulations made thereunder shall be guilty of a violation and in addition shall be guilty of a violation for each fish taken or possessed in violation thereof.
