Text
There is hereby established a program to provide education to the citizens of the state of New Hampshire on the practice of trapping fur-bearing animals as a recognized conservation and management tool as well as a traditional sport avocation. The program shall be established within the department of fish and game and shall be administered by the executive director, with the approval of the fish and game commission.
