N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 21-P:63 (2026).

Text

The governor is authorized to receive gifts and grants from any source, public or private, in the name of the state, and to expend these monies for the state highway safety program. Any monies accepted by the governor shall be deemed to be an appropriation of the same amount for the purposes hereof.
