§ 21-P:38 — Emergency Management Powers and Duties Regarding Communications Systems
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-P DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY·Subdivision Homeland Security and Emergency Management
The division of emergency services and communications shall ascertain what means exist for rapid and efficient communications during natural and man-made disasters. The division shall consider the desirability of supplementing these communications resources or of integrating them into a comprehensive state or state and federal telecommunications or other communications system which may be established for purposes of emergency management. In studying the character and feasibility of any such system or its several parts, the division of emergency services and communications shall evaluate the possibility of the multi-purpose use of such a system for general state and local government purposes.
