§ 21-P:33 — Delegation
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-P DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY·Subdivision Fire Standards and Training Commission
The commission may delegate to the division of fire standards and training and emergency medical services any powers and duties enumerated in this subdivision.
