Text
In order to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the fire service training and research program, the commission is encouraged to use such personnel and equipment from other state agencies, federal agencies, district fire mutual aid associations, and public and private fire departments, as may be made available to them by the heads or appropriate authorities of such agencies, including but not limited to the use of radio and other communications facilities, including computer systems.
