§ 21-P:16 — Definitions
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-P DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY·Subdivision Transport of Hazardous Materials and Waste
In this subdivision:
I."Hazardous materials" means "hazardous materials" as defined in RSA 147-B:2, VIII.
II."Waste" means "hazardous waste" as defined in RSA 147-B:2, VII.
