New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-O DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES·Subdivision Pollution Prevention
In developing and implementing pollution prevention, the department's efforts shall complement existing public and private actions, including the development of innovative public-private partnerships with business, nongovernmental organizations, academic groups, and other appropriate groups.
