Text
At least 30 days prior to the annual public hearing on the municipality's budget, an authority shall file with the clerk a financial report for the authority's last fiscal year, provided that such fiscal year shall end at least 90 days prior to the public hearing. Such report shall contain an estimate of the payment to be made by the municipality for the ensuing year.
