Text

I. Any school district which is providing any child benefit service pursuant to the authority of RSA 189:49 and 50 shall be granted the following proportion of the costs, exclusive of any part of the cost and carrying charges of any capital improvements, of providing such service to any student who regularly attends a nonpublic school within the district for more than 1/2 each school day:

(a)Not more than 70 percent of such cost of any such service. II. Application for any such grant shall be submitted by a district to the state board of education no later than the July 1 preceding the start of the school year for which it shall be applicable, provided that the board may, for good cause shown, accept any such application up to but no later than the start of the applicable school year.
