Text
The state board of education shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A and RSA 21-N:9, II(l), relative to education of children placed in homes for children, health care facilities or state institutions. Such rules may include provisions for administrative hearings to resolve disputes between school districts relative to reimbursement under RSA 193:29.
