Text

The governance of the community college system of New Hampshire shall be vested in a single board of trustees composed as follows: I. The governor, the chancellor and the vice-chancellor of the community college system, the president of each college within the community college system, and the commissioners of the departments of business and economic affairs, employment security, and education, all of whom shall be nonvoting members. II. The following voting members who shall be appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the council:

(a)Four members from the fields of business and industry.
(b)One member who shall be a high school vocational/technical education director.
(c)One member who shall be an alumnus of one of the colleges within the community college system.
