Text

I.The school board of each school district, and the governing body of each institution in the case of non-residential, nonpublic schools which opt to participate, shall develop and adopt a policy permitting students residing in the district or in attendance at the nonpublic school who are in grade 10, 11 or 12 to participate in the dual and concurrent enrollment program. The policy shall, at a minimum, include compliance with measurable educational standards and criteria approved by CCSNH and that meet the same standard of quality and rigor as courses offered on campus by CCSNH. The policy shall also comply with the standards for accreditation and program development established by the National Alliance for Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships.
