Text

I. The state board of education shall establish and promote educational programs for adult legal residents of New Hampshire and students at least sixteen years of age eligible for enrollment in a New Hampshire public school to earn a high school diploma or its equivalent. Such educational programs shall charge tuition to student resident districts when resident districts receive state adequacy funds pursuant to RSA 198:40-a for such students at an amount agreed to by the educational program and the resident district. This program shall be administered by the division of learner support, department of education, in accordance with the rules adopted by the state board. II. The state board of education shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
