Text

I.Child care institutions and child care agencies, with the exception of foster family homes, that are required to be licensed according to the provisions of this chapter shall submit to the department the names, birth names, aliases, birth dates, and resident addresses during the previous 5 years of all owners, household members, and program directors prior to the issuance of a permit or license and prior to making a final offer of employment, for all individuals as required by the department in rules adopted under RSA 541-A. I-a. The persons described in paragraph I shall submit a complete set of fingerprints taken by a qualified law enforcement agency, an authorized employee of the department of safety, or an authorized employee of the department of health and human services, approved
