Text
On the effective date of this section, the department shall assume responsibility for all monitoring and enforcement activities under this chapter, except for proceedings opened by the committee prior to the effective date of this section, including enforcement complaints, in which case the proceeding shall continue pursuant to any existing procedural order of the committee.
