Text
The authority may receive funds from any source in accordance with a public or private program, provided that such program shall have as a principal function the promotion, encouragement, or development of economic activity. The authority shall administer, loan, advance, or otherwise utilize such funds in such manner as may be determined by the authority in its sole discretion consistent with the provisions of this chapter.
