Text
The department shall, in consultation with the Committee on the Environment of the Conference of New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers, review the effectiveness of this subdivision no later than 4 years after the effective date of this section and shall provide a report based upon that review to the governor and the legislature. The report shall review the effectiveness of the programs required under the subdivision and may contain recommendations for improving them.
