Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of this subdivision, the department shall not approve any contribution under RSA 149-M:43 unless it shall first have information presented to it by the applicant that the applicant has adopted a system of setting aside municipal revenues dedicated to the closure of all publicly owned or operated solid waste facilities in the municipality.
