Text
Any person who shall wantonly or maliciously injure any part of any sewer system, stormwater treatment, conveyance, and discharge system, or sewage disposal plant shall be liable to pay treble damages to the owner thereof, and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
