Text
The provisions of RSA 146-C:3, 4, 5, I and 6 shall not apply to facilities no longer in use on January 1, 1974. The provisions of RSA 146-C:4, 5, I and 6 shall not apply to facilities taken out of use on or after January 1, 1974, and closed according to rules adopted under RSA 146-C:9, II(i).
